Dynamics & Warm Ups
Every session will be a new experience for the athlete. They will work on a fresh set of dynamic warm ups to activate the muscles needed for the day. Field players will work on ball mastery, passing, and clinical finishing. While the goalkeepers get hard to work learning the skills needed to protect their goal and their defensive lines!
Break and Tactics
Every athlete will be given 30 minutes to rest their body. This is the time to eat, drink water, digest, and learn. While the athletes rest, coaches will go over strategy and tactics to drive home important foundational concepts
*Athletes/families must provide their own snacks to last them for a 3 1/2 hour period!!! Also make sure to bring plenty of water!!!*
Small Sided Games
It's time to take what you've learned as an individual and throw it into a team dynamic. Each athlete will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of small sided drills and games where we can begin to visibly see the previous lessons play out.
Full Scale means something different for every age. We want our U14+ to get time on the ball in an 11 v 11 format while our younger players U12 and below work on their full scale 9 v 9 or 7 v 7 style format. Coaches will work you hard in the last hour to ensure that you are applying all the tactical knowledge you were taught!
