According to SAFE KIDS, more than 3.5 million children ages 14 and younger get hurt annually playing sports or participating in recreational activities and about 88,000 were treated in hospital emergency rooms.
As children grow and develop; their bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments are at risk of sports-related injury. We aim to mitigate those injuries through proper bio-mechanical, strength, and conditioning training.
AVOID SPORT INJURIES
A high cardiovascular fitness level is crucial to avoid joint injuries. As you fatigue from activity your athletic form will diminish and joints begin to carry unbalanced weight loads and greater forces trigger injury.
In the muscles surrounding the joint areas, especially those with the highest rates of injury (i.e. Knees and Ankles)
By cross-training we can mitigate repetitive motion injuries and tailor your work outs to sport-specific motion.
